When two become one

I’m wearing one of my favorite necklaces today. I made it myself, and it consists of two old necklaces: one of them is my mum’s turquoise stone necklace and the other one is my grandma’s with hand-painted and glazed ceramic pearls. Both of them got damaged many years ago, so I decided to combine them and make one out of two.

This is a great idea! I have a lot of my grandmother’s vintage necklaces that are breaking.

Great idea, Antonia! Are those purple shorts H&M? Saw some there the other day and totally coveting them.

I love what you’ve done with it! Very creative, and I like that it has a story behind it(or two, I guess)

Really lovely necklace. Good idea to combine them and make a new one. :)
