When it comes to brooches, my mum and I (well, especially my mum) own a big collection of vintage and less vintage items. Here my three favorite vintage brooches:
- The purple one was a present that my mum received from an older relative many years ago. Mum was a very young girl back than. As for that relative, she’s is not alive anymore. This brooch dates back to 60 or even 70 years.
- The red one was bought by my grandma when she was young to match her newly tailored red dress.
- As for the green one, I got it as present from a very old lady when I worked at a retirement home many years ago. I think it’s German vintage, but it could be Swedish, too.
