Tofu (marinerad) by Kung Markatta
Today I bought tofu. I have never tried it, so I have no experience in cooking it. To be honest, I can hardly imagine what it tastes like! I hope that everything goes well, and that this tofu won’t disappoint me.

Lol, what does tofu taste like? Anything you want, basically. Our favorite way to do it is in a soy-teriyaki sauce in stir-fry.
It tastes like nothing until you season it (in whatever way you want, asian, mediterranian, …)
I loooove Japanese miso soup with tofu,green onions and king prawns! Mmmmm…
I love cutting them in small pieces, pour with salt and just deep fry them. I think it’s healthier than french fries
