Sushi from Rå Epok, Lund Sweden
I don’t eat sushi very often, but every time I do, I go to the same place. It’s called Rå Epok (Swedish for “Raw Epoch”), and its philosophy is to use only local Swedish fish, such as trout, walleye and cod, to make great sushi. They are all about sustainability, and are constantly working to reinstate fish to the nearby waters. So far, they have put 1561 fish back into the sea, as can be seen on their counter.
To be honest, I didn’t even like sushi before I discovered this unique place!

I used to be a true sushi-lover, but somehow I kind of got tired of it, and I haven’t had it for over a year. Reading this, I feel a strong urge to have it again
Oh, I love sushi! We’re quite spoiled with it in Hawaii. That sushi place in Lund sounds like a great place. I’ll have to visit next time I go.

to be honest I’ve never tried sushi before, i even don’t know what it tastes like.
I absolutely love sushi! But there’s very few places in Sweden that has lived up to my expectations unfortunately. In New York and in San Francisco they have the best sushi I’ve ever had, but even here in Philadelphia you can get some great sushi. My mom hated sushi until she had it here in the US, she couldn’t get enough of it!
That place looks very nice though, I might have to try it next time in Lund!
Yes, i like sushi, though i don’t like fish much. i try to find sushi with non-fish content and, you know, it tends to be really tasty^^
Wow this is really strange but I just tried sushi today! And I didn’t like it at all
In fact I could only eat two pieces because I felt like if I kept eating I could not make it in time for bathroom. I don’t know what I was thinking, because normally I hate fish. Well, at least I know now it’s not for me 
Oh and it’s an amazing thing what your local sushi bar is doing. Simply amazing.
I love sushi. My favorite is “Philadelphia Roll” (Salmon+CreamCheese+Avocado) and Spicy Tuna Roll. I found a place near my house and I go whenever I can (even by myself).
I really love sitting in the counter in front of the chef and watch them make the sushi.
