Second time

Hi there!  I’m having a pretty hectic day, but later today I’m going to go the the gym for the second time. Yesterday my muscles were so sore I almost couldn’t move, but I’m feeling pretty alert today. Although, I think I’m going to take it easy this time.

    Take a hot shower when you return home. Thus your muscles will relax and tomorrow you’ll be great. At least, that’s what I do, and it works!

      Thanks, Marion! I always take a warm shower after physical activity, but I really appreciate this kind of tips now that I’m a beginner when it comes to working out!

    I hope your second visit to the gym has gone well! Yesterday I had my second yoga class and today I have less stiffness than after the first class, so we are improving:)

      Thank you! Yoga? What kind of yoga do you do? I’ve been curious to start going to Ashtanga yoga classes, but I’ve heard to many mixed opinions about it. I might reconsider, though.
