Safran Troublant by L' Artisan Parfumeur niche perfume review

Safran Troublant by L’ Artisan Parfumeur is the new addition to my niche perfume collection. As always, you know how hard it is to describe a scent with words. To me, Safran Troublant is warm spicy saffron fused with sandalwood and subtle vanilla. It’s a very comforting and unobtrusive fragrance, and yet it’s quite sensual and intriguing. I imagine a love potion would smell something like this.

Hi Antonia- so fill us in. Do you work as a tour guide in Italy/Rome during the summers? Is there a particular company? etc… I have ALWAYS wanted to go to Italy and have entertained the idea of going with a tour group but then I think it may be to regimented. For those of us who dream of Italy, any chance that you can do a post with ‘must see’ places/restaurants, etc? The picture you posted of your dinner with the family looked so great but you didn’t mention the restaurant.
BTW, thanks for the tip on the perfumery. I love perfumes and have only had the chance to visit a perfumery once before so this would be a definite stop for me in Rome. Mucchio mucchio grazie. Meant to ask if you speak Italian or think it would be helpful to know if going to Italy.

I really like this perfume too. Only have a sample of it, but your description is spot on I think.
