As you know by now, I love niche and selective perfumes. I have a favorite store that specializes in this area, which is the only one I ever buy these products in. You might have guessed it, and of course, it’s located in Rome. I get all my niche perfumes in Roma Store Profumeria. It’s located right in the heart of Trastevere, Rome, on Via della Lungaretta 63.
I hate to give away my secret goldmine of perfumes, but I feel obligated to spread the word. Roma Store Profumeria has a very big selection of niche perfumes, both Italian and from international perfumerists.
If you’re looking for an exclusive scent, this is the place for you. There are perfumes here that you can be almost certain that no-one you know back home will be wearing. Indeed, most people will never have even tried on a perfume of the caliber you can get here.

Annick Goutal. Most of their fragrances are unisex, but the ones for men are bottled in square "masculine" bottles.

Etat Libre d'Orange. Some of their fragrances I'm really curious about. Have you heard of Sécrétions Magnifiques?
Stay tuned to see what I bought!

I have a bottle of Floris’s eau de toilette – it is lovely, very floral and light but lasts for ages and ages. A good perfume for daytime wear. My father bought it for me some years ago – it’s quite expensive. He saw me sprinkling some on my bedlinen and got quite cross! I only have a very little of it left now, but I would definitely buy it again.
That looks like my kind of shop! I loooove perfume, especially the ones you show here. Did you get anything from the La Ligne St. Barth line? I have tried several of their products, and they are wonderful! My husband uses the Aloe Vera Gel with Mint for his after shave and face moisturizer. Their avocado oil and vanilla perfume are also really nice!
Oooouuu. I would love this store! Thank you for these amazing photographs!
A perfume shop in Rome…my idea of a wonderful afternoon. I have been wanting to sniff the Byredo perfumes for a while now. I’m going to be in Stockholm this Summer. Where can I find them?
I just wanted to make a quick comment to say i’m glad i found your blog. thanks.
Thank you, Belmira!
