Here’s my best recipe for spicy mushrooms. You’ll need a lot of very small (young) mushrooms. Put them in an oven-safe glass dish and pour a little oil over them. Add salt and any spices you like (here you can see black pepper and curry) and put the whole thing in the oven at around 200°C (400°F).
Take your mushrooms out when they start looking something like this. It should take around 20 minutes.
They are great as a side dish or in a sallad. Hannes looooves to eat them as a snack!
You can do the same thing with fully-grown mushrooms cut in quarters, but then they won’t look as cute in the end.
