Recipe: How to make granola with cashew nuts, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and hazelnuts
Good morning! Lately I’ve been eating granola for breakfast. Here’s how I make it.
- Cashew nuts
- Sunflower seeds
- Dried cranberries
- Amaranth puffs (or any other non-sweetened puffs)
- Fiber enriched oatmeal
- One egg white
Remember to use raw and not roasted nuts and seeds.
Fiber enriched oatmeal
Crush the nuts and mix the dry ingredients together
Add one egg white and enough honey to give your granola some moisture
Spread it out on a baking tray (with some baking paper underneath) and roast for an hour at 130°C (266 F)
