Here’s my first attempt at making spring rolls using rice paper! You may laugh looking at these, but I actually liked them a lot.
They’re so transparent, you can easily see what’s inside. I basically used the things I had in my kitchen, but I’m planning on trying out other fillings. What a crisp and easy dish!
