I’ve changed my workout routine! I’ve left the gym behind me and started to go swimming instead.
When I was younger I was really serious about swimming. I was in a swimming sports team, and we had practice every day of the week. However, at one point it got too serious (one or two competitions a week!), and sometime in high-school I got tired of it.
A few weeks ago I got the urge to visit the public bath house and I was immediately hooked! I’ve been going two to three times a week since then.

I’ve just come home after a total workout: almost an hour jogging and then a yoga session in the park in front of the house. But swimming is also great: you look slim and fit, but not overtrained.
Good for you! I think swimming is nice and easy on the body, even though I’m pretty far from being “overtrained”. I mean, I shouldn’t worry about it just yet!:)
Anyway, the most important thing in training is that you like it and it’s a pleasure, isn’t it?
I love swimming! When I was at uni I used to go at least twice a week. Afterwards these last 3 years I didn’t have time to keep my habit of swimming. Now that I have the time, I haven’t found a swimming pool in a decent distance!!
I think swimming is such a relaxing sport, when you do it out of competition, of course!

Thank you, Ana! The swimming pool I go to is pretty far away too, so I have to take the bus and all, but I think it’s worth it!
Мне нравится ходить зимой в открытый бассейн, когда на улице -5-8 градусов.Этой зимой с бойфрендом стараемся не лениться и ходить 2 раза в неделю.
