My New Year’s resolutions for 2011:
- Powerwalk in the morning
- Call less, meet more
- Visit Florence
- Learn some (more) Italian
- Read The Forsyte Saga by John Galsworthy
- Try to resist cutting off my hair
- Try to be a better person in the morning
- Use up at least one of my make-up products (this never happens)
- Improve my poker skills
- Collect all the stars in Angry Birds
- Start up my own company (I’m leaving it at that for now)
Dear readers, tell me some of your New Year’s resolutions!
And remember, if you can dream it, you can be it.
Forever yours,
Antonia

Oh, I really like your resolutions, they’re so thoughtful! I got inspired by these, like, powerwalking, reading, meeting up more, use up make-up products – I want to do all those things too!
One of my (sort of) resolutions for 2011 is to try and learn a language. Lately, I’ve been seriously thinking about Swedish, after reading your blog. The way you describe Sweden, I’d really like to visit it some day.
I’m glad you want to visit Sweden! However, most of the swedes speak decent English, so if you’re just here visiting, than you’ll probably be just fine without Swedish. But, if you still decide to do learn it, you can ask me anything=)
Антония, какие замечательные резолюции! Пусть они все сбудутся!!
Со своими я пока не определилась )))
Спасибо, Мария!
Perfekta löften <3

Tack!
One of mine is to speak more spanish to my husband (who is from Spain). I know spanish but I am too lazy to use it… so we mostly speak english.
I like your resolutions and you’re definitely right about dreaming and doing… there’s no limit to what we should aim for!
How cool! If I were you I’d like to think I’d speak Spanish to my husband, just to improve it even more=) On the other hand, it’s more fair, I guess=)
I haven’t even started thinking about resolutions yet!! I still have to get a handle on Christmas! LOL!! Starting your own business sounds like a fab idea!!

I know what you mean, Jamie! But, somehow, Christmas and New Year go hand in hand or me=)
Read more (I want to have read as much classics as possible!) and be crafty again! This semester has been the busiest ever, and I didn’t find time to do either of them.
Great resolutions! I hate when I don’t have enough time for the fun things!=/
Every year I make one big new year’s resolution… Last year I resolved to really think about what I was eating and why, because I was never happy with my body but couldn’t think of any (easy) ways to change it. It actually worked really well, and I’ve stuck to most of what I set out to do a year ago
This year I have another big resolution, but I’m going to share it on my blog on January 1st, so you’ll have to watch for it. Good luck with yours!
xox,
Cee
Thank you! I’m looking forward to see what it’s going to be!
I always make the standard “I’ll lose some weight” resolution…but that never happens…Hehe. This next year I want to travel to a country I’ve never been to before (havent decided yet but Im between Brazil, Argentina or Peru)….and I also want to make my next career move (not sure what that will be either). Maybe I should combine them and get a computer engineering job in Brazil? hehe.
Great list, Antonia!
I like the traveling resolution! All of those countries sound wonderful. I think I’d go for Argentina=) And while you’re traveling anyway, you could check if they need any computer engineers in that country=)
I like your resolutions. The Angry Birds one made me laugh – I was talking with my coworkers about it when I read it.
Hahaha! Do you play it?)
Every once in a while. It frustrates me to no end when I can’t beat a level though!
My resolution is to be more patient with my girlfriend and my parents. Do you think that’s a bit to much for one year, Antonia?
Hmm, I don’t know! It depends on what makes you annoyed about them. Can you be more specific?
I love your list. I’m going to make my own this week
thanks for inspiring me!
