Some of the flowers left from yesterday’s birthday. They are lighting up every room of our home in that special way that only the flowers from one’s beloved ones can do. In a couple of days, however, all the bouquets will be gone, so I’ve photographed them to make it last a little longer.
I’d rather have roses on my table than diamonds on my neck

Those are ranunculus! Not a very pretty name, but a lovely flower.
Thank you, Erin! They’re called ranunkel in Swedish, but I wasn’t sure about the translation. Buttercup was the closest I got:)
A little random but when I have difficulty translating something really specific, I look up the article in my original language on Wikipedia, then on the left there is where to select other languages- I click English and there it is! I hope that made sense
Very pretty flowers!
Melissa, I do that too!!! But this time when I looked up the Swedish ranunkel , the English version was about buttercups! And I know it’s not really a buttercup:)
So, so beautiful! I envy you!!!
wow…these flowers are amazing! I love to have flowers at home…it’s a lovely habit

Beautiful!
How can you be so insightful and wise at such a young age?
I have suits older than you.
Thank you, Robert. I’m not wise, but I have my moments! As for those suits, they’re totally back now:)
How did you know I am wearing one today?
Haha:) Female intuition?:)
I’m really missing filling my house with beautiful flowers! But I told myself that until it’s decorated to a point where I feel happy, I won’t be bringing any flowers in… so for now I’ll content myself with your pictures
I love flowers!!! They just make me sooo happy when i see them! I just went to my friend’s wedding last weekend and the entire banquet room was filled with lovely purple shades of roses and rose petals lying everywhere on all the tables (there were about 30 tables)!!!!
I’ll be posting those photos soon so if u got time, please drop by to see the flower photos:D
