Today, on December 13, we celebrate Saint Lucia in Sweden. It’s traditional to eat saffron buns, also known as Lucia’s cats. I bought these at the local bakery, but last year I made home-made ones.
And here’s my lunch today! The exam took place right by a sushi place, and I was too tired to cook anything at home.
