Greger’s favorite cuisine

I know a lot of people only feed their dogs with dry dog food, but I know this is far from a dog’s favorite cuisine. So I make sure that Greger gets at least two steady meals of home-cooked food every day. I always use meat or fish, together with vegetables such as broccoli, spinach and carrots. Most of the time I add oat meal as garnish, but sometimes he gets cooked potatoes, rice or pasta.
He thinks I’m the best chef ever!

My dogs would love to live with you. Their diet consists of mainly dry food with some wet food mixed in. I’m much too lazy to make home-cooked meals for myself, much less them.

Potatoes are not good for dogs! Stick to oats or rice instead :)

Unfortunately, I haven’t found any reliable studies on that! Do you have any reliable links to share? I’d be very thankful! However, he mostly gets oat meal mixed in into his food:)

I believe that it’s mainly raw potatoes that are bad for dogs. I think cooked potatoes are just fine.
