Gnocchi and Valborg

Gnocchi (this time they turned out pretty large...)

This weekend the whole Swedish student community is preparing for the biggest party of the year, Valborg. Here I shortly explained what it is. This year it falls on a Monday. A lot of my friends are coming over from different parts of the country to celebrate this holiday, so it’s going to be really really fun (as always).
Today, however, we’re taking it easy and making Italian gnocchi (click for recipe).
