It’s been a very busy week for me, and I’m glad it’s over. Tonight I’m welcoming the weekend with a barbecue on my balcony. One of my friends brought his deep fryer. I’m not really into deep-fried food, but tonight I agreed on giving it another real chance. My friend has been frying everything from bananas and pineapple (such a waste!) to chocolate cake and ice-cream. I can’t say any of this has made a convert out of me.
