I have updated my spring wardrobe with this cool blouse from Stenströms. The wild animal print features a lot of species, but the funniest one must be the giraffe wearing sneakers.
And at the same time, when you’re looking at this shirt from a distance, it simply looks like a greenish shirt with an abstract print. A pretty flattering one, too!
I got this steamer from my little brother for Christmas and I’ve been using it a lot lately. It’s called Lotus Folding Steamer Basket from Joseph Joseph. If you’re into healthy food, I highly recommend you getting one too.
This is a great device for any kitchen! It fits most pans when unfolded, but it’s super easy to store, since it takes no space at all when folded. It has a nice sturdy feel to it and a nice design. I use it to steam vegetables (anything I’d normally boil or pan fry) and fish or meat.
Recently Hannes’ mum has presented me with the most beautiful hydrangea and a bottle of Essie Mezmerised 93. I think this nail polish will compliment my new glitter Lorelei’s Tiara by China Glaze beautifully! Can’t wait to do a two-color manicure with these.
Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling a bit under the weather during this week. I think I’m having a common flu, at least all the classic symptoms, such as fever, runny nose, coughing and headache are there. Due to my pregnancy, there are not really that many medicines I can take to help and improve my state, so I’ve been mostly staying in bed drinking hot lemon tea and reading.
I’m trying to take it as easy as I can in order not to urge the baby to come out. After all, there are supposed to be at least two weeks left before the date, and the last thing I want is to give birth to someone while being ill!
Anyway, one thing that made me really excited is getting a package from Lime Crime. Just the look of their stuff would brighten up anyone’s day! Can’t wait to get better and try out all this gorgeousness, so stay tuned for swatches, looks and reviews!
The other day I got presented with a pair of new earrings with Swarovski crystals. These are Melody Drops earrings by Miranda Konstantinidou for Konplott, which is a pretty famous brand of handmade costume jewelry from Luxembourg.
To be honest, I hadn’t heard about this jewelry brand before, but I did some research, and now Konplott reminds a little of the Danish Pilgrim (which I love). Here are some Pilgrim things from my collection:
