Yesterday the whole family went to a nice brunch restaurant in a small castle (there’s actually one right by where we live!). They had a buffet of simple but good food and a lot to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked!

The heart-shape is almost standard when it comes to Swedish gingerbread cookies. Or they can be shaped as people, christmas trees, snowmen, stars and other pretty things. Do a google image search for “pepparkaka” (its Swedish name) and you’ll see what I’m talking about=)
