Here’s my breakfast today. I normally just cut an avocado and a tomato for a sandwich, but this morning I squished the avocado with some salt and lemon juice (lemon juice is a must in this situation, if you don’t want your avocado to oxidize and turn brown by the time you start eating it!) and put some baby plum tomatoes on top! Surprisingly good.
To complete the meal I had a cup of Lipton Russian Earl Grey, which is my favorite tea right now.
