An apple a day

A new kind of bottled drink has become very popular in Sweden – enhanced water. It’s supposed to help active people make sure they get all the vitamins and other nutrients they need.
It sounds good, but the Swedish National Food Administration states that these enhanced water drinks are bordering on useless. You get more nutrients if you have a glass of normal water and an apple instead.
The photo is taken from Hannes’ job. All workers there get a bottle of Vitamin Well daily. As you can see, not many guys work there at the moment.

It’s absolutely true. people don’t have time for anything today, everything must be fast and easy, even eat. it’s better drink oligomineral water and an organic real fruit!
leave the chemical drinks on the supermarket shelf !!!
