Tonight I’ve had some friends over for dinner, so I made my version of the famous Ukrainian borsch (a beetroot soup). Needless to say they were very impressed! I wanted to take some photos of it for the blog, but it was gone before I even found my camera!
One of the friends brought these wonderful raspberry muffins for dessert.
